Program Summary:

A Certificate in Information Technology (IT) Support combines general education coursework with fundamental knowledge and skills in IT installation, maintenance, and problem-solving. Whether you're an aspiring IT professional or looking to enhance your skills, this program covers a range of important domains, including IT fundamentals, Networking, Hardware and Software, Linux, and Cybersecurity – all aligned with CompTIA standards.

1. IT Fundamentals:
• Gain a solid foundation in IT concepts and terminology.
• Understand the essentials of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.

2. Networking Essentials:
• Dive into the world of networking protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Learn about network devices, IP addressing, and subnetting.

3. Hardware and Software Basics:
• Explore the intricacies of computer hardware components and their functions.
• Master the installation and configuration of software applications.

4. Linux Fundamentals:
• Acquire proficiency in Linux operating systems.
• Navigate the command line, manage files, and understand Linux security.

5. Cybersecurity Principles (CompTIA Security+):
• Learn cybersecurity fundamentals in alignment with CompTIA Security+.
