Transcript, Enrollment, Degree Verification
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
Order Your Academic Transcripts Online via the National Student Clearinghouse.
Save time, receive emailed updates, and track your order!
All official academic transcripts must be requested by the student. Use any major credit card and it will be charged after your order is processed.
To order an official transcript:
- Go to the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) at . Our college is listed under 鈥溝憬吨辈� Sullivan County Community College.鈥�
- Click 鈥渙rder transcript(s)鈥�.
- Follow the online instructions to place your order.
- A fee of $7.50 will be charged for each transcript requested. The NSC charges an additional fee at their discretion when you request an electronic transcript.
- Submit one order per each transcript requested.
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT, ENROLLMENT AND DEGREE VERIFICATION
To view/print an unofficial transcript:
- Login to .
- Click on 鈥淪tudent鈥� tab at the top of the page.
- Use the drop-down menu next to 鈥渟tudent鈥� to the left of the page, and select 鈥渦nofficial transcript.鈥�
- View/print the document.
If you do not know your login information, select 鈥溾�� on the My 香蕉直播 Sullivan homepage and retrieve your account information by entering your student ID number, last name, and hometown zip code.
If you do not remember your ID number, please contact our IT Department at ithelpdesk@sunysullivan.edu. Provide your full name and your date of birth.聽 More personal information may be required.聽 Your login will be created or reactivated.
Due to privacy concerns, we do not accept email or phone requests for transcripts. Please note that, if there is a hold on your account, academic records may not be released. Holds preventing the release of records, may include but are not limited to, policy violations in the library and athletic department, or disciplinary actions.
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing transcript requests. During extremely busy times of the year, such as the beginning and end of the semester, it may take longer.
Enrollment and Degree Verification:
Students may request Enrollment Verification by phone, in person, or via email.聽 We will provide the verification on paper form directly to the student, or to the student's 香蕉直播 Sullivan email address.
All third-party organizations, agencies, or outside institutions requesting enrollment or degree verifications must submit a request through the .
